Demolition
Commercial Interior Demolition and Soft Strip
Office, retail, restaurant, warehouse, and former grow buildings, stripped back to the shell so your build out can start. We supply the crew, the rolloffs, and the lifts, work around your schedule, and bring in licensed trades for the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing disconnects.
Scope We Handle
- Drywall and metal stud partitions, including full height walls up to 17 feet
- Drop ceilings, grid, insulation, and light fixtures, with the electrician's disconnect
- Flooring: carpet, VCT, tile, wood, and raised floor systems
- Millwork, counters, shelving, fixtures, and restaurant and kitchen equipment
- Grow facility infrastructure: tables, trellis, lighting, ducting, drains, and panels, with the trades
- Doors, frames, and storefront
- Loading, hauling, and rolloff coordination. We've scoped strips that needed 45 rolloffs.
- Debris sorting: metal to the recycler, clean wood and cardboard separated where the hauler credits it
How We Run a Commercial Job
- Site walk and a written scope, itemized by line and by phase, so you can cut or add work without a new bid.
- Crew lead on site every day. Crew sized to the schedule, from 2 to 8.
- Rolloffs and lifts staged and scheduled by us.
- Licensed electrical, HVAC, and plumbing subs for disconnects and caps, or we coordinate with yours.
- After hours and weekend work for occupied buildings and shared walls.
- Daily cleanup and photos so you see progress without driving over.
- Insured. Certificate of insurance to building management before we start.
Permits and Licensing
Commercial interior demolition in Denver usually needs a permit and a licensed contractor of record. We work under your general contractor, or partner with a licensed contractor for the permit, and that's built into the proposal. Outside Denver, requirements vary by city and we tell you up front which way your job runs.
Who Hires Us
- General contractors who need a demo sub that shows up, hits the phase schedule, and leaves the site clean for the next trade.
- Property managers and landlords turning over a vacated tenant space, restaurant, or grow.
- Business owners clearing a space before a remodel or expansion.
- Brokers and investors stripping a building back to the shell before a sale or lease.
What Commercial Interior Demo Costs
Soft strips are quoted by scope, not by the square foot alone. A small retail or office turnover is a few thousand dollars. A full building strip with lifts, a month of crew, and dozens of rolloffs runs well into five figures. Every proposal is itemized by phase, with labor, hauling, disposal, equipment, and trades on separate lines, so you know what each piece costs and can scope it up or down.
