Mobile Home Removal and Demolition
Old mobile homes don't move. They get taken apart. We demolish single wides, double wides, and manufactured homes where they sit, haul off every piece, and leave a clean pad or lot. Park spaces, private land, and rural lots across the Denver metro.

What We Remove
- The home itself: roof, walls, floor system, and the steel chassis
- Skirting, porches, decks, wheelchair ramps, awnings, and add on rooms
- Steel frame and axles, hauled to the scrap yard
- Tie downs, anchors, piers, and blocks
- Sheds, fences, and carports on the lot if you want them gone
- Everything inside, if the home is still full
What we leave: the utility pedestal, the pad or slab, and anything you tell us to keep. Pad and slab removal is available as a line item.
Where We Work
Mobile home parks. We coordinate with park management on access, working hours, and what the pad needs to look like for the next home.
Private lots and rural property. Jefferson, Adams, Arapahoe, Weld, and Douglas counties. If a truck and a dump trailer can get to it, we can take it down.
Before We Start
A mobile home has a few things a stick built house doesn't. We walk you through all of them.
- Title. Colorado manufactured homes carry a title, or have been purged into the real property. You need to own the home or have written authority to demolish it. If the title is lost, that gets sorted first.
- Certificate of destruction. Once the home is gone, Colorado uses a certificate of destruction to cancel the title and stop the assessor from taxing a home that no longer exists. We give you the documentation you need to file it.
- Asbestos. Homes built before the mid 1980s commonly have asbestos in floor tile, ceiling texture, and panel adhesive. State rules require an inspection before demolition. We schedule it and, if needed, the abatement.
- Utilities. Electric is disconnected at the pedestal, gas is capped by the utility, water and sewer are disconnected and capped. We file the requests.
- Permits. Most cities and counties require a demolition permit and a CDPHE demolition notice. We handle the package.
How It Goes
Photos and a site walk
Text us photos of the home and the access. We'll confirm the scope on site.
Written proposal
Demo, hauling, disposal, and any survey or permit, itemized.
Paperwork and disconnects
Typically 1 to 3 weeks.
Demolition
1 to 2 days for a single wide, 2 to 3 for a double wide. The home comes apart in sections, loads into trailers and rolloffs, and the chassis goes to scrap.
Cleanup
Pad swept, lot raked, photos sent.
Double wides $7,000 to $14,000. Home, skirting, frame to scrap, pad swept. Add ons and asbestos quoted on top.

What moves the number
Decks, ramps, porches, sheds, and carports are the usual reason a quote climbs, and the reason to do it all in one visit.
Pre mid 1980s homes often test positive in floor tile and ceiling texture. Abatement happens first.
A tight park space with neighbors on both sides means smaller loads and slower work. A rural lot is the easy case.
