The Job
Composite boards outlast the lumber under them. The surface looked fine from the back door, but the joists and ledger had been wet for years. Boards came up first and stacked, then the joists and beams were cut to trailer length, then the posts came out of the ground. The ledger came off the house with the siding behind it left intact for the rebuild. Everything went out the side gate to the trailer and the lawn got raked before we left.
